It is official... we signed all the papers today... the house is no longer ours! The sold sign is hanging out front.We have started moving some boxes in storage. We will start moving into our rental the first of August.
At this point, we are feeling a great since of relief! It is all done!

Oh, and that buried fuel tank... well I prayed that it would disappear. And guess what... God answered my prayer! The guy came to remove the oil that could have possibly been left in it, and he discovered that all we had in the yard was a pipe.
He went in the basement and confirmed that the oil tank used to be in the basement (& that is long gone!) and the pipe in the yard was just never removed. So, we didn't end up having to pay anything to have the tank removed!God still does miracles!
