So it is the middle of the night and I am awake. I don't like it when this happens. I woke up coughing. Now I sit here on the couch, watching Touched by an Angel, typing on the computer, listening to the rain. Or is it sleet? Which ever it is, it is loud. And so I sit.

This happens to me more and more as I get older and older. Only I stay in bed and read. Someone told me once that when you can't go back to sleep, DON'T get up - - - stay in bed and rest. You'll get some large percentage of your rest that way - - - oh like 85% or something like that.
At least that's what "they" told me.
hard to rest when you're tossing and turning... and coughing! :-)
